Changing the admin contact on your domain name

If you have a domain name registered through MacConnect (Macintoshdomains.com) and need to change the administrative contact for that domain, there are two ways to do it.

1. If you have access to the email address currently listed as the admin contact for your domain, email us and ask us to send you the login/password information for your domain.  Once you have that information, go to https://manage.opensrs.net.  Log in and make your changes.

2. If you no longer have access to the current admin contact email address, you'll need to fax in a change form to OpenSRS as follows:

"If the admin contact email address is no longer valid, the listed domain owner must send us a signed fax on company letterhead, if possible, requesting that the address be updated. In the fax be sure that they include a copy of their government issued photo ID (Drivers License, Passport etc), the domain name and the new admin contact email address. Please have them fax it to 1-416-531-2516 ATTN: OpenSRS Support"

For your convenience, you can download a pre-formatted change request form here.

Once you have faxed in the change form and the change has been made, we can email the login/password information for your domain to the new admin contact email address.  Once you have that information, go to https://manage.opensrs.net.  Log in and make your changes.

Please not that only the domain owner can make these changes.   We cannot make changes to your domain name.  This is mandated by ICANN to protect domain owners from having names "hijacked" by third parties or unscrupulous registration service providers.
