All Customers Portal/Control Panel/Webmail
There are three places on the web that you can login to for your Macconnect account. All three place can have different login's.
1- Macconect Portal - This is our Billing and Support Site. Here you can update your contact and billing info, submit support tickets and search our knowledge base to find answers to common questions.
username will be your email address

2- Your Hosting (Direct Admin) Control Panel - Here you can manage your, web site, email accounts, ftp and all aspects of your hosting account.
username will NOT be your email address
https://your_domain_name.com:2222/
(make sure you use HTTPS and not HTTP)

3- Web Mail (Hosting Customers)
username will be your email address
Access your mail here: http://mail.YourDomainName.com/squirrelmail
(replace YourDomainName with your actual domain name. ie, mail.macconnect.com)
4- Web Mail (@macconenct.com Customers)username will be your email address
