    • All mail services online and functioning normally
    • Proper mail delivery confirmed on multiple test accounts
    • No errors or issues related to this upgrade appearing in our server logs
    • If you are having a problem retrieving your mail, please open a support ticket

    • Maildir format conversion complete
    • IMAP/POP3 daemon upgrade complete
    • POP3/IMAP service back online
    • Now checking all mailboxes for any possible errors or issues

    Service Impact: Domain Mail Hosting For Most Customers

    We will be performing an IMAP service upgrade to support increased security and to add additional underlying features required for future service enhancements.  Mail may be unavailable from time to time during this event.  Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.  Co-location customers, customers hosted on x2.macconnect.com and customers with macconnect.com email addresses are not impacted by this event.

    No changes to passwords, email settings, or anything are required on your end.  No impact on website availability.

    Co-location customers, customers hosted on x2.macconnect.com and customers using macconnect.com email address are not impacted by this event.

    We remind all customers using Facebook or Twitter to follow us on those services to stay abreast of service announcements and other news related to your MacConnect service.
